Information
On Thursday, May 22, 2008, the Department of
Maryland, VFW will be hosting an Annual Past Commanders Golf Tournament
held at
Nutters Crossing Golf Course on Snow Hill Road, Salisbury, Maryland. We
are writing this letter to you in hopes that you will consider sponsoring a Hole
at this Golf Tournament in Honor of or In Memory of a Past Commander of your
Post, District, Department or National that has helped you and your Post in the
past years.
There will be 10 Sponsorships for each Hole at a cost of
$100.00 each or a total cost per Hole at $1,0000.00. With your
sponsorship there will be a Hole Sign placed in honor or in memory of the Past
Commander you select.
The sponsorship forms must be received no later than May
14, 2008. Please see the attached
Sponsorship Form and

Also, if your Post wishes to register a Team to play in the
Tournament, please complete the attached
Registration Form.
Please note that the monies raised from the Sponsorship
will be used to further all programs of the VFW.
